Soda companies like Pepsi, Coke, and RC Cola meant big profits for advertising agencies in the mid-century. Of course, this is no different in today’s world. Drink advertising seems to be everywhere. Pepsi is an iconic brand for the American culture then and now.

This illustration of a mid-century couple taking a break with a bottle of Pepsi is from the March 1957 edition of Woman’s Day magazine.

Wanna be like this cool ideal couple? Have a Pepsi.

Today’s Pepsi, reduced in calories, is never heavy, never too sweet. Refresh without filling. Have a Pepsi!
